【提要】 上海京銀大廈裙房框架柱柱距8.20m,因使用功能改變需將底層兩根中柱拔除,使框架梁跨度增加一倍。經(jīng)方案比較,采用了預(yù)應(yīng)力轉(zhuǎn)換梁加固技術(shù),介紹了預(yù)應(yīng)力加固設(shè)計(jì)方法和構(gòu)造措施,并對(duì)拔柱過程進(jìn)行了測(cè)試。測(cè)試結(jié)果表明,工程的加固設(shè)計(jì)方法和施工措施正確,滿足規(guī)范要求。

Retrofitting Design of Prestressed Transfer Beam of Shanghai Jingyin Building Annex/Zhang Defeng (The Research Institute of Shanghai Building Science Co.,Ltd.,Shanghai 200032,China)
Abstract:The frame column bay of Shanghai Jingyin Building annex is 820m. Two middle columns on the first floor are needed to be takenout due to the changing of service function,therefore the frame span becomes twice. Through the comparison of the retrofitting plans,the retrofitting technique of prestressing transfer beam is adopted. The prestressed design method and detail measures are introduced. Execution test on takingout column process is conducted. The test results show that the retrofitting design method and construction measures on this project are successful.
