(同濟大學建筑工程系,上海200092)[摘要] 隨著社會經(jīng)濟的發(fā)展,不同體系的建筑鋼結(jié)構(gòu)越來越廣泛地應(yīng)用于工程實踐。與此同時,既有的和在建的鋼結(jié)構(gòu)工程事故也時有發(fā)生,因此,對鋼結(jié)構(gòu)建筑進行健康檢測并據(jù)此進行科學的結(jié)構(gòu)可靠性評估就顯得十分重要。本文介紹了既有建筑可靠性評估理論研究現(xiàn)狀及相關(guān)標準,重點討論了目前檢測中基于抽樣檢測得到的小樣本信息進行結(jié)構(gòu)可靠性評估存在的問題。最后,提出了基于有限健康檢測/監(jiān)測信息的結(jié)構(gòu)可靠性評估策略,為進一步的研究提供參考。

In the meanwhile, engineering accidents of existing and being built steel structures also have happened occasionally. Therefore, healthy inspection of steel buildings and scientific structural reliability assessment are very important. In this paper, the state of art of reliability assessment theories of existing buildings and relevant standards is briefly reviewed. Special attention is paid to the problems existing in structural reliability assessment based on limited information from limited samples on site. Finally, an assessment strategy based on limited inspecting information is proposed for this issue, which may provide reference for further study.
