(現(xiàn)代建筑設計集團現(xiàn)代都市建筑設計院，上海200041)[摘要] 中國是一個人均資源貧乏的國家，土地資源也是如此。在城市化進程逐年加劇的今天，如何高效地利用緊張的住宅用地以改善居住條件、美化居住環(huán)境正變得越來越迫切，而超高層住宅的建設是解決這一問題的有效途徑之一。超高層住宅設計不是簡單的高度上的增加，它的出現(xiàn)帶來了一些新問題。本文通過實際案例分析，對超高層住宅結構設計要點提出了參考性意見。

Today when process of urbanization is increased year by year, it has become more and more important that how we make good fully use of limited residential land to improve resident condition and to beautify living environment, to build super high-rise apartment is seem to be an effective way. Some new problems are arisen due to the increased height of building. This paper presents some advice for super high-rise apartment design by a practice case.
