【提要】 通過(guò)上海旗忠網(wǎng)球中心預(yù)制預(yù)應(yīng)力混凝土看臺(tái)空間結(jié)構(gòu)1∶15縮尺模型的施工全過(guò)程測(cè)試與有限元模擬分析,對(duì)該結(jié)構(gòu)的施工關(guān)鍵技術(shù)進(jìn)行了系統(tǒng)的試驗(yàn)與理論研究。研究表明,所采用的預(yù)制預(yù)應(yīng)力混凝土空間結(jié)構(gòu)施工技術(shù)是合理的;預(yù)制試件時(shí)須重視預(yù)應(yīng)力筋孔道的定位及張拉端和固定端的混凝土澆筑質(zhì)量,并保證有足夠的張拉空間;應(yīng)采用對(duì)稱張拉的預(yù)應(yīng)力施工方案,結(jié)構(gòu)受力均勻,易滿足設(shè)計(jì)和施工要求;按照建議的施工技術(shù)所建造的預(yù)制預(yù)應(yīng)力混凝土空間結(jié)構(gòu)具有良好的整體性能。

Study on Construction Technology of Large Precast Prestressed Concrete Space Structure/Xue Weichen,Xu Zhuangtao,Jiang Dongsheng,Chen Yiyi (Department of Building Engineering,Tongji Univ.,Shanghai 200092,China)
Abstract:Based on fullrange test and FEM analysis on the construction of a model structure,which simulates the stand structure of Shanghai Qizhong tennis in the proportion of 1∶15,the experimental and theoretical studies on key construction techniques of the structure are carried out. The results indicate that the construction techniques applied in the structure are rational;the exact orientation of the prestressed tendon ducts and the good casting quality of concrete in the stretching and anchoring zone should be ensured;the distributions of stresses in the structure are of uniformity and the requirements of design and construction could easily be satisfied when the tendons are stretched symmetrically;the precast prestressed concrete spacial structure,which is constructed by using the techniques studied,has better performance.
