(現(xiàn)代設計集團現(xiàn)代都市建筑設計院,上海200041)[摘要] 湖州太湖明珠酒店是由兩個對稱塔樓通過連接體形成的巨大環(huán)形結構,單塔采用鋼框架一混凝土核心筒結構體系,連接體采用雙向鋼桁架轉換體系。采用ETABS三維計算軟件對太湖明珠酒店的結構方案進行了分析,得出在這種結構體系下,核心筒剪力墻承擔了在各種工況下的幾乎全部的水平剪力,且墻體配筋率在規(guī)范允許范圍之內;鋼框架結構主要應力比控制在0.75之內;各種總體控制指標均滿足現(xiàn)行規(guī)范;同時對雙向轉換桁架、空間曲線鋼柱的主要受力性能做了定性的闡述。

(Xian Dai Architecture Design Group UD Architectural Design Institute; shanghai 200041, China)Abstract: The Taihu Mingzhu hotel is a super ring structure which is made up by two high-rise steel frame-core systems building contacting by a two-way steel truss. The paper expatiated on scheme analyzing and computing of the Hotel by ETABS, and reached some conclusions. The Shear-wall of core-system bears almost all horizontal shears and the reinforced ratio of shear-wall is within the limits of codes. The stress ratio of steel frame columns and frame beams are controlled under 0.75. All main targets are satisfied codes. The paper also expatiated on the mechanics performance of two-way steel truss and space curve-frame columns.
