(華僑大學(xué)土木學(xué)院,泉州 362021)[摘要] 在具有復(fù)雜結(jié)構(gòu)特征的高層和超高層建筑中,高位轉(zhuǎn)換層已是廣泛采用的結(jié)構(gòu)形式之一。由于轉(zhuǎn)換層上、下部剛度突變,因此在地震作用下,其地震反應(yīng)將相應(yīng)發(fā)生突變,給結(jié)構(gòu)研究和工程應(yīng)用帶來極大的困難和分析偏差。闡述了高位轉(zhuǎn)換層對結(jié)構(gòu)的不利影響,通過分析、對比和研究,以轉(zhuǎn)換層上、下結(jié)構(gòu)等效側(cè)向剛度比和層間位移角比為目標,提出對結(jié)構(gòu)實施“雙控”的概念,克服當前采用單一目標的不足。同時,結(jié)合工程應(yīng)用特點,給出了參數(shù)的取值范圍,可供理論研究、工程設(shè)計與應(yīng)用參考。

As a result of the sudden change of lateral stiffness of substructure and superstructure, the earthquake reaction abruptly changes correspondingly, which bring about great difficulties and deviation to research and application. The paper first expounds the bad influences of high transfer story. Then, the author raises the concept of' double control' with the ratio of lateral stiffness and story drift to eliminate disadvantages using one target. Combined with practical project, parameters of' double control' are presented at the same time, which can be referred in the theoretic investigation and design of engineering.
