(現(xiàn)代設(shè)計(jì)集團(tuán)華東建筑設(shè)計(jì)研究院有限公司，上海200002)[摘要] 上海盛大中心位于浦東新區(qū)世紀(jì)大道，是一幢40層高的現(xiàn)代化超高層辦公建筑，采用鋼筋混凝土核心筒+鋼框架混合結(jié)構(gòu)體系，主要抗側(cè)力體系是中央的鋼筋混凝土韌性核心筒，二級抗側(cè)力體系由外圍的鋼框架組成。從結(jié)構(gòu)選型、計(jì)算參數(shù)取值、結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)、超限處理等方面進(jìn)行了詳述，對該項(xiàng)目的結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)進(jìn)行了總結(jié)。

The office building is with the height of 166.5 meters, which has 40 stories over ground. The structural system of the office building is steel frame plus reinforced concrete core wall. The primary lateral system is a central reinforced concrete ductile core wall. Secondary lateral system consists of the exterior columns and edge beams which form a moment frames. The process of structural design was introduced on the structural system establishment, structural analysis and seismic design etc.
