(中國建筑設(shè)計(jì)研究院，北京100044)[摘要] 通過對(duì)青島李滄區(qū)項(xiàng)目C區(qū)住宅小區(qū)的介紹，簡述了本工程的設(shè)計(jì)特點(diǎn)。從不同建筑功能的結(jié)構(gòu)選型，大底盤上高低建筑的地基基礎(chǔ)方案及其沉降差的處理，超長地下室結(jié)構(gòu)的無縫設(shè)計(jì)，抗浮穩(wěn)定設(shè)計(jì)等幾方面進(jìn)行了闡述。
