(中國建筑設計研究院,北京100044)[摘要] 福建大廈為B級高度鋼筋混凝土高層建筑,且存在斜柱,受力復雜。結構設計時考慮到大面積填方對地下水位的抬升作用,設定了合理的抗浮設計水位。利用穩(wěn)定的有利水浮力優(yōu)化樁基設計,產(chǎn)生了顯著的經(jīng)濟效益。分析了斜柱對結構的不利影響,并提出了減小斜柱影響的措施。

The Anti-uplift water level is amended according to the effect of large filling site. The beneficial effect of buoyancy is taken into account in the design of piles, and significant economic benefits are generated. Effects of leaning columns on structure are analyzed and some methods to weaken these adverse effects are proposed.
