(中冶京誠工程技術(shù)有限公司，北京 100053)[摘要] 煙臺世茂海灣1號工程（以下簡稱煙臺世茂）中有四棟超高、高位轉(zhuǎn)換、體型復(fù)雜、高寬比較大的超限高層建筑結(jié)構(gòu)。在設(shè)計過程中，對超限高層建筑結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計進(jìn)行過一些有益的探索。本文主要對這四棟超限高層建筑結(jié)構(gòu)的概念設(shè)計進(jìn)行綜述，以與同行進(jìn)行交流。

Our company has undertaken the scheme-design.preliminary-design and construction drawing design of this project and carried out some good studies for super high-rise building design. This paper gives a general description of the structural design for this project and hopes to exchange ideas with other engineers.
