(華森建筑與工程設(shè)計顧問有限公司，深圳518054)[摘要] 本文通過某工程實例，介紹了結(jié)構(gòu)選型，計算分析和構(gòu)造措施等。本工程的特點(diǎn)是上部酒店客房，下部是靈活大空間，上下柱之間采用多種形式的轉(zhuǎn)換；大空間預(yù)應(yīng)力梁。本文針對具體情況提出了一些解決措施，可供類似工程設(shè)計參考。

Superstructure of this building is hotels guest room and lower story is enlarged space. Multiform transfer structure was used between upper and lower columns. Large span prestressed beam is adopted. This paper presents some measures to special case which can be reference to similar projects.
