(深圳華森建筑與工程設計顧問有限公司，深圳518054)[摘要] 結合僑城馨苑的結構設計，簡要介紹了復雜超限高層的結構選型和性能化設計，并對復雜超限高層結構分析方法進行了介紹；本工程轉(zhuǎn)換層采用壁式框架結構，為轉(zhuǎn)換層結構設計提供了參考。
