(中國建筑設(shè)計研究院,北京100044)[摘要] 陜西大廈為超高層建筑,鋼筋混凝土框架-核心筒結(jié)構(gòu),北側(cè)、西側(cè)層12以下采用斜框架,首層樓板開有較大洞口,頂部幾層豎向荷載較大,首層地面以下2ru即為地下水。在結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計中,對框架的總剪力按照高規(guī)的要求進(jìn)行了調(diào)整,斜框架柱的內(nèi)力按中震作用進(jìn)行了復(fù)核設(shè)計,按零剛度板復(fù)核斜柱內(nèi)力及其水平分力,斜柱產(chǎn)生的水平分力由與其相連的框架梁傳至核心筒,考慮穩(wěn)定水位對建筑物正常使用極限狀態(tài)下的有利影響。通過結(jié)構(gòu)的整體分析和各項補充分析,結(jié)構(gòu)的變形和承載能力都滿足要求,結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計合理。

( China Architecture Design & Research Group,Beijing 100044, China)Abstract: Shaanxi Mansion is a super high-rise building with frame-core wall structure. The structural system below the 12th story in the north and east is diagonal frame. It has a rather large opening in the first floor, and great vertical load on the top floors. Underground water can be found below the first ground 2m. During the design, the main jobs are setting the total shear of the frame according the technical specification for concrete structures of tall building, checking the horizontal force of the inclined columns when experiencing the intermediate earthquake and checking the internal force and the horizontal force considering non-rigidity plate. The horizontal force of the inclined columns is transferred to the core wall along the frame beams connected with them. The analysis is also considering the favorable effect in the case of stable water height of the regular service limit state. The results show that the deformed and the bearing capacity can meet the request and the design is appropriate can be concluded though the global analysis and kinds of supplement analysis.
