(中國建筑設(shè)計(jì)研究院上海分院,上海200120)[摘要] 本文以工程項(xiàng)目為例,著重闡述超高層住宅的結(jié)構(gòu)選型、理論分析包括彈性時(shí)程分析和彈塑性靜力分析( Pushover)等問題,探討了在滿足結(jié)構(gòu)安全情況下如何提高超高層住宅設(shè)計(jì)性價(jià)比的幾點(diǎn)處理措施,旨在為這一類建筑的結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)在最大限度地滿足建筑師對室內(nèi)空間要求的同時(shí)結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)更具科學(xué)性、經(jīng)濟(jì)性提供參考。

( China Architeture Design & Research Group( ShangHai), Shanghai 200120, China)Abstract: It takes a project as an example, and focuses on the structure type selection of super-high-rise residential and theoretical analysis including elastic time-history analysis and elastic-plastic static analysis( Pushover) and other issues. Some measures are discussed to improve the cost-effective design of super-high-rise residential in the circumstances to meet the structural safety, and this paper provides some references to attain a structural design of more scientific.economic quality as well as the structural design meets the architectural requirements of the indoor space.
