(現(xiàn)代設(shè)計(jì)集團(tuán)華東建筑設(shè)計(jì)研究院有限公司,上海200002)[摘要] 大連小平島假日公寓由兩棟超高層主樓和五層大底盤裙房組成,主樓大屋面高度269. Oru。本工程采用”剪力墻-核心筒”體系,結(jié)構(gòu)平面呈十字形,屬于平面不規(guī)則結(jié)構(gòu)。本文就本工程關(guān)鍵部位樓板的抗剪提出了三種設(shè)計(jì)方案。通過對比分析得出:在樓板中增設(shè)井字梁可以有效降低樓板承受的剪力,并且減少了鋼筋用量,是較為安全、經(jīng)濟(jì)的設(shè)計(jì)方案。

The shearwall-corewall system is adopted in this engineering, in addition, the structural plan presents crisscross, and this form belongs to irregular structure. This paper proposes three design scheme with regard to the shear strength of the key position. The contrast results show that the cross beam can effectively decrease the shear force of the floor slab, the consumption of the bar also decreases. As a result, it is an economic and safe design scheme.
