(華東建筑設(shè)計研究院有限公司,上海200002)[摘要] 東方之門北裙房為一棟八層高的綜合性超大型商業(yè)大樓,采用混凝土純框架結(jié)構(gòu)體系。由于建筑功能平面的布局,以及樓板局部不連續(xù),導(dǎo)致結(jié)構(gòu)平面不規(guī)則。另外,在六層處高位內(nèi)收,引起結(jié)構(gòu)豎向不規(guī)則。通過對屋蓋鋼桁架進行分離計算的簡化設(shè)計,以及對大量夾層的優(yōu)化處理和加強節(jié)點構(gòu)造措施,來調(diào)整不規(guī)則體型對結(jié)構(gòu)受力的總體影響,并解決結(jié)構(gòu)的超限問題。

( East China Architectural Design & Research Institute Co. , Ltd., Shanghai 200002, China)Abstract: The process of concrete frame structural design for the northem podiums comprehensive shopping mall building with 8 - story was introduced in this paper. The architectural planning and floor partial discontinuity required, and the width size above six lays of high altitude narrowed, which belonged to irregular shape structure. The separating calculation and sampling design method for the steel truss roof was reasonable established and many suspended interlays was optimized and jointed. In the end it reduced the influence by the irregular shape when earthquake occurs. And the problem beyond the code limit was solved effectively.
