(華東建筑設(shè)計研究院有限公司,上海200002)[摘要] 古北財富中心高層辦公樓為一棟15層的綜合辦公樓,地上采用鋼管混凝土框架+屈曲約束支撐結(jié)構(gòu)體系,地下室為鋼筋混凝土框架-剪力墻結(jié)構(gòu)。由于建筑功能平面的布局以及核心區(qū)的偏心布置,導致整個結(jié)構(gòu)在地震作用下呈現(xiàn)明顯的扭轉(zhuǎn)不規(guī)則特征。通過合理的布置支撐和節(jié)點處理,使其結(jié)構(gòu)具有良好的屈服機制和抗震性能,并有效地解決了結(jié)構(gòu)規(guī)則性超限的問題。

The CFT frame with BRB-bracing structure system on the aboveground, and reinforced concrete frame- shearwall structure in the underground is established. The architectural planning requirements and cores eccentricity enlarge the structural torsion effect when earthquake occurs. The structure has excellent order of the structure inelastic development and seismic performance with the brace reasonable established and jointed, and the problem of the structural regularity beyond the code limit is solved effectively.
