[摘要] 規(guī)范中有相當(dāng)一部分條文(包括強(qiáng)制性條文)在使用時(shí)有一定的條件和范圍，不是任何情況都通用和正確的，因此設(shè)計(jì)人員對(duì)于規(guī)范條文的正確理解和應(yīng)用是非常重要的。通過(guò)實(shí)例說(shuō)明了如何正確理解和應(yīng)用規(guī)范條文，可幫助結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)人員避免概念錯(cuò)誤、減少設(shè)計(jì)浪費(fèi)和防止出現(xiàn)安全問(wèn)題。

Abstract: There are confinements and ranges for some building code provisions for structures, including compelled provisions, so they can't be used without limits. Some code provisions can't be carried out properly. For all these above-mentioned questions, it is very important to understand and use building code provisions correctly. Some examples were introduced in order to illustrate how to understand and use building code provisions for structures correctly. It can help structure designers to avoid concept mistakes and safety problems, and also can reduce waste in design.
