秦國(guó)鵬1,2,劉毅1,2(1 國(guó)家鋼結(jié)構(gòu)工程技術(shù)研究中心,北京 100088;2 中冶建筑研究總院有限公司,北京 100088)[摘要] 采用配筋環(huán)氧砂漿板等強(qiáng)度置換木梁受損傷區(qū)域來(lái)修復(fù)舊木梁,以提高和改善其承載力與延性。采用有限元方法對(duì)GFRP筋修復(fù)木梁的抗彎性能進(jìn)行分析模擬,并將荷載\|撓度計(jì)算曲線(xiàn)與相關(guān)試驗(yàn)進(jìn)行對(duì)比,計(jì)算結(jié)果與試驗(yàn)吻合較好?;谟邢拊P偷恼_性,進(jìn)行了計(jì)算參數(shù)分析,討論了木材強(qiáng)度、截面配筋率與配筋形式等主要參數(shù)對(duì)構(gòu)件荷載\|撓度曲線(xiàn)的影響。根據(jù)平截面假定,采用極限強(qiáng)度法建立了相應(yīng)的承載力計(jì)算公式,并與相關(guān)試驗(yàn)結(jié)果進(jìn)行對(duì)比,計(jì)算結(jié)果與試驗(yàn)結(jié)果吻合較好。[關(guān)鍵詞] GFRP筋;加固修復(fù);組合木梁;抗彎承載力;理論分析中圖分類(lèi)號(hào):TU366-2 文獻(xiàn)標(biāo)識(shí)碼:A 文章編號(hào):1002-848X(2012)12-0123-04Theoretical analysis and calculation of bending timber beams rehabilitated with GFRP rods epoxy mortar platesQin Guopeng1,2, Liu Yi1,2(1 National Research Center for Steel Construction, Beijing 100088, China; 2 Central Research Institute of Building and Construction of MCC Group, Beijing 100088, China)Abstract: To enhance and improve the strength and ductility of timber beams, a new rehabilitation system was introduced, which consists of the replacement of the decayed parts by new ones of nearly the same material, connected to the sound parts by reinforced epoxy mortar plates. The FEA software was applied to simulate the bending behavior of the composite beam rehabilitated by reinforced epoxy mortar plate. The load-displacement curves were gained, which agree well with the relative test. Based on the accuracy of the finite element model, some main calculation parameters were discussed, including timber strength, bar ratio of cross section, bar types of cross section, etc..
