預應力混凝土雙向疊合板力學性能試驗研究及應用

安海玉，賈莉，丁永君(天津大學建筑設計研究院， 天津 300073)[摘要] 針對現(xiàn)有疊合板僅能作為單向板受力的現(xiàn)狀，研發(fā)出一種單向底板混凝土雙向疊合板專利技術，提出了該新型預應力混凝土雙向疊合板的構成。進而通過一個試件的試驗，研究了四邊簡支、均布荷載作用下該雙向疊合板的受力特征、裂縫開展模式及其變形形態(tài)，結果表明，該種新型結構不僅具有普通混凝土雙向板的受力特征，還具有良好的抗裂性、較大的剛度及承載能力,最后論述了該新型疊合板結構在實際工程中的應用情況。[關鍵詞] 混凝土疊合板；雙向疊合板；工程應用中圖分類號：TU375 文獻標識碼：A 文章編號：1002-848X(2012)12-0090-04Experimental research on mechanical performance of two-way prestressed laminated concrete slab and its applicationAn Haiyu, Jia Li, Ding Yongjun(Tianjin University Research Institute of Architectural Design, Tianjin 300073, China)Abstract: Considering the actuality that the current laminated concrete slab can only be used in one-way bearing mode, a new-type two-way prestressed laminated concrete slab, which is a patent technology, was put forward as well as its constitution. Though loading experiment with one specimen, the bearing characteristic, crack developing mode and deformation shape were obtained. The result indicates that the new slab structure not only has the bearing performance of general two-way concrete slab, but also has well anti-crack performance, large stiffness and bearing capacity.
