[摘要] 和諧家園A6座商住樓為平面不規(guī)則、豎向不規(guī)則、扭轉(zhuǎn)不規(guī)則的高層建筑。設(shè)計(jì)通過優(yōu)化建筑平、立面布置，均勻、連續(xù)布置剪力墻和框架柱的方法，以降低結(jié)構(gòu)的不規(guī)則程度；對(duì)豎向剛度或承載力發(fā)生突變的樓層進(jìn)行中震不屈服分析，并采取適當(dāng)?shù)募訌?qiáng)措施，避免薄弱層和薄弱部位在強(qiáng)烈地震作用下可能造成的應(yīng)力和變形集中，較大地改善了結(jié)構(gòu)的抗震性能。

Abstract: Harmonious Home A6 office and residential building is a high-rise building with irregular plane, vertical irregular and torsional irregular. In order to alleviate the irregularity degree, the plane and vertical layout were optimized, and shear walls and columns were arranged uniformly and continuously. The elastic analysis of the weak layers under moderate earthquake was carried out, and some appropriate measures were adopted to avoid the stress and deformation concentration of the weak layers and weak parts, which greatly improve seismic performance of the structure.
