貝殼形空間結(jié)構(gòu)形態(tài)研究

王敬燁1,劉文武2(1 中國(guó)京冶工程技術(shù)有限公司,北京 100088;2 中國(guó)鐵道科學(xué)研究院鐵道建筑研究所,北京 100081)[摘要] 研究了貝殼面的幾何造型方法,并以應(yīng)變能最小為目標(biāo)對(duì)貝殼形曲面進(jìn)行形狀優(yōu)化。從工程實(shí)際的角度出發(fā),對(duì)貝殼形網(wǎng)殼的基本靜力性能和靜力穩(wěn)定性能進(jìn)行了研究,考察了初始缺陷、不均勻荷載分布、支承條件等因素對(duì)結(jié)構(gòu)性能的影響,并給出了相應(yīng)的設(shè)計(jì)建議。結(jié)果表明貝殼面是一種良好的空間結(jié)構(gòu)自由曲面形式。[關(guān)鍵詞] 結(jié)構(gòu)形態(tài);造型;形狀優(yōu)化;貝殼面;靜力穩(wěn)定性中圖分類號(hào):TU33 文獻(xiàn)標(biāo)識(shí)碼:A 文章編號(hào):1002-848X(2012)12-0069-05Morphology analysis on seashell-shaped structureWang Jingye-, Liu Wenwu2(1 China Jingye Engineering Corporation Limited, Beijing 100088, China; 2 China Academy of Railway Sciences, Beijing 100081, China)Abstract: The geometrical model method of the seashell was studied. According to the strain energy minimization, the seashell-shaped surface was optimized. For the practical application, the static mechanical behaviors and static stability behaviors of seashell-shaped space structures were studied. The effects of initial geometrical imperfections, unsymmetrical distribution of loads and supporting conditions were discussed. And the design recommendations were given for these situations.
