巨型框架與框筒復(fù)合結(jié)構(gòu)體系設(shè)計

[摘要] 合肥濱湖時代廣場C1棟超高層建筑具有“凹”形不規(guī)則平面,對結(jié)構(gòu)抗震不利。為改善結(jié)構(gòu)抗震性能,采用“巨型鋼框架 + 圓鋼管混凝土柱+鋼框架梁(桁架)+鋼筋(鋼骨)混凝土核心筒”組合而成的新型復(fù)合抗側(cè)力結(jié)構(gòu)體系,取得較好的效果。結(jié)構(gòu)體系中的“巨型鋼框架”由“凹”形的兩肢端桁架柱及兩肢間的跨層連體桁架梁構(gòu)成,提高了結(jié)構(gòu)的抗扭剛度。系統(tǒng)介紹了該工程的結(jié)構(gòu)體系特點(diǎn)、整體計算結(jié)果、關(guān)鍵技術(shù)問題與解決辦法。

Structure design of mega frame and frame-tube combination structure

Abstract: The C1 building of Binhu Times Square in Hefei is a super high-rise building with a concave irregular plane, which is unfavorable for structural seismic. In order to improve the seismic performance of the structure, this structure is composed with mega steel frame, CFT, steel frame beam / truss and reinforced concrete core wall, and formed the new hybrid structure system. The mega steel frame of the structure system is formed of two limbs at the concave plane, giant columns of the mega steel frame is formed by CFT with cross-layer column bracing at the end of two limbs, giant beams of the mega steel frame is formed by cross-layer connected truss between two limbs. The structure characteristics, overall calculation results, the main design problems and solutions were described systematically.
