武漢保利廣場混合減震連體高層抗震性能研究

[摘要] 武漢保利廣場結(jié)構(gòu)為核心筒偏置的非對稱雙塔連體結(jié)構(gòu),采用“圓鋼管混凝土柱+鋼梁(桁架)+混凝土筒體”混合結(jié)構(gòu)。為了減小及控制結(jié)構(gòu)的扭轉(zhuǎn)振動(dòng),在結(jié)構(gòu)中設(shè)置了粘滯阻尼器及屈曲約束支撐。采用基于性能的抗震設(shè)計(jì)思想,進(jìn)行了各水準(zhǔn)地震下的結(jié)構(gòu)彈塑性分析,并進(jìn)行了1:35比例的整體結(jié)構(gòu)模型振動(dòng)臺試驗(yàn),對結(jié)構(gòu)體系的抗震性能進(jìn)行了研究及對比分析。綜合研究表明該結(jié)構(gòu)能夠滿足不同地震水準(zhǔn)作用下的抗震性能目標(biāo),減震效果明顯。

Seismic performance study on connected double-tower structure of Wuhan Ploy Plazza with mixed energy dissipation devices

Abstract: Wuhan Poly Plaza is an asymmetric connected double-tower structure, each tower is consisted of concrete filled steel tubes with steel girders and concrete core walls. In order to dissipate seismic energy and to reduce torsion vibration of the structure, viscous fluid dampers and buckling restrained braces were used in the structure. Based on the performance-based seismic design concept, the elastic analysis of the structure under small earthquake and the push over analysis and elastic-plasic time-history analysis of the overall structure under seldomly occurred earthquake were also carried out. A scaled structure model with proportion of the 1:35 was made and tested on the shaking table. It is concluded that the structure can meet the requirements of seismic performance goals under variant earthquake levels for the seismic fortification intensity, and the effect of energy dissipation is obvious.
