武漢保利廣場混合減震連體高層結構設計

李霆,王小南,范華冰,袁理明,黃銀燊,劉峻(中南建筑設計院股份有限公司,武漢 430071)[摘要] 武漢保利廣場是由兩棟高度不同的塔體組成的高位大跨連體復雜高層建筑,塔樓均采用“圓鋼管混凝土柱+H型鋼梁或鋼桁架+鋼筋混凝土核心筒”結構,連接體采用鋼桁架結構。由于超高層核心筒完全偏置在一側,為減小及控制扭轉振動,除兩端加密柱外,還設置了非線性粘滯阻尼器。在42.5m大跨連體主桁架中部,斜腹桿采用屈曲約束支撐(BRB),以使在大震下連體中部可以上下錯動耗能,減小主體結構的扭轉。動力彈塑性分析及振動臺模型對比試驗表明,粘滯阻尼器及BRB減震效果明顯。另外,還介紹了大廳42.5m×55.9m單層索網(wǎng)幕墻設計及4層地下室 “隔水-排水”抗浮設計等。[關鍵詞] 超高層; 連接體; 粘滯阻尼器; 混合減震; 排水抗浮; 單層索網(wǎng)幕墻中圖分類號:TU973.1+9, TU973.3+2文獻標識碼:A 文章編號:1002-848X(2012)12-0001-07Structure design on connected double-tower of Wuhan Ploy Plazza with mixed energy dissipation devicesLi Ting, Wang Xiaonan, Fan Huabing, Yuan Liming, Huang Yingshen, Liu Jun(Central-south China Architectural Design Institute Co., Ltd., Wuhan 430071, China)Abstract: Wuhan Poly Plaza is a connected double-tower structure, each tower has different height and is consisted of concrete filled steel tubes with steel girders and concrete core walls, and the connecting structure with 42.5m span is made of steel trusses. Because the higher core tube completely offsets on one side, in order to reduce and control the torsion vibration, nonlinear fluid viscous dampers were setup in the structure. In the middle of connecting main truss, buckling restrained braces (BRB) were used as diagonals web members, which permit up-and-down deformation at the middle of the main trusses under seldomly occured earthquake, thereby reduce torsion of the main tower. The elastic-plastic time-history analysis and shaking table model tests show that BRB and viscous dampers absorb seismic energy effectively.
