(中國建筑設(shè)計(jì)研究院，北京100044)[摘要] 奈倫國貿(mào)是一棟雙塔連體超高層建筑。由于建筑功能、樓層凈高和建筑立面的限制，建筑外框由密柱轉(zhuǎn)換稀柱采取了三種轉(zhuǎn)換形式：鋼管混凝土桁架式轉(zhuǎn)換、雙層梁式轉(zhuǎn)換和越層梁式轉(zhuǎn)換。本文介紹了針對這三種轉(zhuǎn)換形式的分析和處理方法，并提出了轉(zhuǎn)換部位的構(gòu)造設(shè)計(jì)和施工質(zhì)量控制要求。

In order to satisfy the architecture functions and exhibitions, three kinds of transfer members are adapted in this engineering. They are transfer truss with concrete-filled steel tubular members, double-story transfer beams, and transfer beam with height beyond the story. In this article, analysis methods areintroduced, and the construction details and construction quality demands are present.
