(長江精工鋼結(jié)構(gòu)有限公司，上海200233)[摘要] 索穹頂結(jié)構(gòu)是效率高的全張力集成體系或全張力體系，壓桿數(shù)量少，因其外形類似于穹頂，而主要的受力構(gòu)件為鋼索，因此將其命名為索穹頂。在中國，索穹頂結(jié)構(gòu)體系還沒有真正應(yīng)用到工程領(lǐng)域，但是弦支穹頂結(jié)構(gòu)在幾個大型場館中得到成功應(yīng)用。在無錫太湖國際高科技園區(qū)科技交流中心鋼結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計中，得到業(yè)主的大力支持，將屋面鋼結(jié)構(gòu)——梅花造型的花心區(qū)域設(shè)計為索穹頂結(jié)構(gòu)，使索穹頂結(jié)構(gòu)真正應(yīng)用于國內(nèi)的工程領(lǐng)域。闡述了本工程的設(shè)計原則，進行了初始態(tài)分析，預(yù)應(yīng)力設(shè)計分析，荷載態(tài)設(shè)計。對預(yù)應(yīng)力大小與桿件內(nèi)力關(guān)系進行了分析，并確定了本工程中最佳預(yù)應(yīng)力的大小。對各種受荷狀態(tài)進行受力分析，分析了在不同均布荷載下結(jié)構(gòu)的內(nèi)力變化情況，并對特殊荷載下結(jié)構(gòu)的受力狀況進行計算分析，得到結(jié)構(gòu)的受力特點。對結(jié)構(gòu)所有桿件在各種不同組合下的內(nèi)力變化情況進行分析，并根據(jù)內(nèi)力變化情況選擇合適的截面。

We call it cable for its outlook simply as dome and the main elements suffer load are cable. In china, the system of cable dome is not really applied in engineering, but suspendomes have several successful engineering examples. When we design the steel structure of intemation high-tech garden in Taihu lake in Wuxi city, because of support of owner, the cable dome is applied in the center area of the roof steel structure-clubs sculpt, it will supply a gap of no cable dome in the mainland of china. This article first described the design principle of this project, the three state design: zero state, initial prestress state and loading state. analysis the relation between prestress and the internal force, and give the best fit prestress of the project. The static analysis of the cable dome under the different load uniform and under special load, then sum up the characteristic of the structure in all kind of loads. Discuss the the change range of intemal force in all elements of cable dome, then choice the section base on the change range of internal force.
