(無(wú)錫城市職業(yè)技術(shù)學(xué)院,無(wú)錫214000)[摘要] 以無(wú)錫紅星美凱龍家居裝飾市場(chǎng)改造工程為研究對(duì)象,依據(jù)房屋安全鑒定中心對(duì)I、II期工程的鑒定報(bào)告和多年的工程經(jīng)驗(yàn)首先提出了懸挑法、擴(kuò)大原柱基礎(chǔ)設(shè)計(jì)和粘鋼法三種設(shè)計(jì)方案;為了選取技術(shù)可行,經(jīng)濟(jì)合理,社會(huì)效益良好的最合理的方案,采用了以?xún)r(jià)值工程為基礎(chǔ)的方案比選優(yōu)化模型,通過(guò)定量分析為主、定性分析為輔進(jìn)行加固方案比選,綜合考慮安全性,適用性,耐久性,美觀性,造價(jià),工期及易于設(shè)計(jì)與施工多方面,選出粘鋼法作為本工程的最優(yōu)方案。

( Wuxi City College of Vocational Technology, Wuxi 214000, China)Abstract: Based on the diagnosis report provided by Building Diagnosis Center and engineenng experiences, three deign schemes of Red Star Meikellon Furniture Market are proposed including cantilever, enlargement original foundation and gluing steel plate. For seek of the overall optimal scheme with economic, technological and social effect, VE (value evaluation) was adopted in this project. Optimal selection model was established. Calculation was then made. Qualitative analysis was also made to assist quantitative calculations. Considering safety, suitableness, endurance, aesthetic, cost, construction period and processing facility, gluing steel plate was the most optimal method for the project.
