(山東省建筑科學研究院，濟南250031)[摘要] 以某住宅樓工程的鑒定分析為實例，對管溝開挖施工對鄰近建筑的影響情況進行了分析，指出環(huán)境溫差影響是產(chǎn)生裂縫的主要原因，管溝施工未對住宅樓造成明顯影響。同時建議住宅樓南側管溝應盡快回填，防止繼續(xù)坍塌，并對坍塌路面進行處理。鑒定方法可為同類工程事故的處理提供借鑒。

It is pointed out that the main reason of cracking is influence of environment temperature difference. It is suggested that trenths at south of the residential building should be filled in time to avoid continous collapse, and the collapsed pavment should be treated. This article can give some reference for similar engineering accidents.
