(北京正邦興業(yè)建筑技術(shù)開發(fā)有限公司，北京100083)[摘要] 因結(jié)構(gòu)本身的復(fù)雜性，高層建筑斜坡面外墻、樓板切割及后期加固改造難度很大。通過對天津某實(shí)際工程的拆除工作，認(rèn)為施工中應(yīng)認(rèn)真執(zhí)行工藝標(biāo)準(zhǔn)，并通過現(xiàn)場實(shí)際調(diào)查，結(jié)合施工圖紙，確定切割拆除順序，編制可行性施工方案。在對上部結(jié)構(gòu)有效支頂卸荷的前提下，按“樓板一次梁一主梁一柱”的順序逐層、分段地安全切割拆除施工。

The technology standards in construction should earnestly implement was determined. Through on-site an actual survey, combination of construction drawings, the order of cutting removals, construction scheme was prepared. On condition that the superstructure were practical supported and unloaded, in the order of floor-secondary beam- main beam - pillar, layer-by-layer and sector-by-sector to cut it in safety.
