(廣東福銀預(yù)應(yīng)力新技術(shù)發(fā)展有限公司北京分公司,北京100085)[摘要] 體外預(yù)應(yīng)力技術(shù)作為一種主動加固方法,相對其他粘鋼、碳纖維等被動加固方法,可以有效、主動地改善結(jié)構(gòu)受力性能,提高結(jié)構(gòu)極限承載力和剛度,減少變形和裂縫。主要介紹了體外預(yù)應(yīng)力技術(shù)在房屋建筑加固改造中的四個典型工程案例中的應(yīng)用,分別為雙向框架梁加固、樓板加固、預(yù)應(yīng)力梁加固、框架抽柱加固技術(shù)。
