[摘要] 包頭金融文化中心是一幢多功能超高層建筑，中問(wèn)塔樓與周?chē)狗亢奢d差異很大，并且該區(qū)域地基土存在軟弱下臥層，使得其地基變形與承載力驗(yàn)算成為結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)的一個(gè)重點(diǎn)，但規(guī)范中又未對(duì)帶裙房超高層建筑地基驗(yàn)算作計(jì)算規(guī)定。文中計(jì)算方法可給其他設(shè)計(jì)者提供一個(gè)思路，供類(lèi)似工程參考。

Abstract: Baotou Finance Cultural Center is a multi-cultural super high-rise building. The tower and the around building loads vary widely, and the foundation soil in the region there is weak underlying layer, making its foundation deformation and bearing capacity proven became design emphases. While the specification has not yet specific provisions of the calculation. The calculation method can provide an idea for other designers.
