【提要】  介紹了預(yù)制現(xiàn)澆混凝土結(jié)構(gòu)在新加坡寫(xiě)字樓建筑物中的應(yīng)用，對(duì)預(yù)制混凝土結(jié)構(gòu)的整體分析、預(yù)制構(gòu)件的設(shè)計(jì)方法以及預(yù)制構(gòu)件之間的連接形式做出了說(shuō)明。設(shè)計(jì)實(shí)踐表明，預(yù)制混凝土結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)理論成熟、施工方法簡(jiǎn)單、經(jīng)濟(jì)環(huán)保，有在國(guó)內(nèi)應(yīng)用的價(jià)值。

Abstract:The use of precast concrete structures in office building in Singapore has been discussed，especially the analysis method of the overall building structures，the design method of the precast elements and the connection details between the precast elements. From the design and construction practice for the job，it shows that precast concrete structures are based on developed design theory，easy to build，economic and environment friendly. Precast system will be beneficial and value adding to the construction industry of China.
