中信君庭復(fù)雜高層建筑結(jié)構(gòu)抗扭設(shè)計(jì)

【提要】  通過廣州中信君庭復(fù)雜高層建筑結(jié)構(gòu)抗扭優(yōu)化設(shè)計(jì),詳細(xì)論述了建筑方案設(shè)計(jì)所決定的結(jié)構(gòu)方案選擇、結(jié)構(gòu)布置以及結(jié)構(gòu)變形縫設(shè)置對復(fù)雜高層建筑結(jié)構(gòu)抗扭設(shè)計(jì)的影響。工程計(jì)算分析表明,對平面近似正方形或長寬比不太大的長方形結(jié)構(gòu),當(dāng)主要抗側(cè)力結(jié)構(gòu)布置嚴(yán)重偏心時(shí),結(jié)構(gòu)的平面扭轉(zhuǎn)規(guī)則性很難滿足規(guī)范要求;對于平面長寬比較大的近似矩形結(jié)構(gòu)平面,在偶然偏心地震作用下,亦很難滿足規(guī)范關(guān)于結(jié)構(gòu)平面扭轉(zhuǎn)規(guī)則性的要求;對于部分框支剪力墻結(jié)構(gòu),當(dāng)轉(zhuǎn)換層層高較大時(shí),轉(zhuǎn)換層以上結(jié)構(gòu)抗側(cè)剛度由最大層間位移角控制,轉(zhuǎn)換層以下則由轉(zhuǎn)換層與其上層樓層側(cè)向剛度比控制。

Abstract:The structural optimum design of torsion resistance for the complicated highrise building of Zhongxin Junting in Guangzhou is introduced. The influencing factors of the structural torsion resistance behavior for complicated highrise buildings are discussed,such as the choice of the structural system determined by architecture,structural arrangement and the set of a structure movement joint. As indicated in the analysis of the project,the primary lateralforceresisting system of the structure,which has a squareapproximate plane or a small lengthwidth ratio,exhibits severe inherent torsion,and it"s very difficult to meet the structural torsionregular requirements of the current codes,so is the structure which has a rectangleapproximate plane with large lengthwidth ratio including accidental torsion. If the height of the transfer story for partial framesupported shear wall structures is larger,the lateral stiffness properties are determined by the maximum of storydrift ratio above the transfer story and by the storylateralstiffness ratio below the transfer story.
