(1 華南理工大學(xué)建筑特種工程公司,廣州510641; 2 鄭州大學(xué)土木工程學(xué)院,鄭州450001; 3 廣州華特建筑結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計事務(wù)所,廣州510641)[摘要] 惠州某酒店大樓高9層,建筑面積5300m2,采用鋼筋混凝土框架結(jié)構(gòu)、獨立基礎(chǔ)。在完成主體結(jié)構(gòu)施工、砌筑磚墻時,基礎(chǔ)不均勻沉降、樓房嚴重傾斜,工程被迫停工,后采用微型樁加固基礎(chǔ)、斷柱項升法實施整體糾偏,有效地控制了沉降變形、恢復(fù)了樓房的垂直度。介紹了該樓房基礎(chǔ)加固與整體糾偏設(shè)計中涉及的關(guān)鍵技術(shù)問題及其解決方法,著重分析了影響基礎(chǔ)加固方案的因素、闡述了綜合評估原基礎(chǔ)承載力和計算加固后基礎(chǔ)承載力的方法、提出了鋼一混凝土組合式項升平臺的新舊混凝土界面受剪承載力計算公式,以期為以后類似工程的設(shè)計提供參考。

Upon completion of construction of the main structure, settlement and serious tilt of the building took place, and the project was forced to stop. Micro-piles were used to reinforce the foundation and the method of cutting and lifting colloms was used to correct the building. It described the key technical issues involved in the design and their solutions, including assessment of capacity of the original foundation, calculation of capacity of the reinforced foundation and shear strength formula of concrete interface for steel-concrete composite lifting platforms.
