(1 浙江工業(yè)大學建筑規(guī)劃設(shè)計研究院,杭州310014; 2 浙江大學建筑設(shè)計研究院,杭州310027)[摘要] 針對某高層建筑項目在預應(yīng)力管樁施工中出現(xiàn)大量浮樁的現(xiàn)象,分析了浮樁的上浮規(guī)律和影響因素,并總結(jié)了浮樁的處理原則。通過對浮樁進行注漿加固及靜載荷試驗,結(jié)果表明:樁端后注漿法是一種處理管樁浮樁的有效工程措施。

And some principles of the treatment have been summed up. The test of grouting reinforcement and static loading of floating pipe piles were conducted. The results indicate that pile end post-grouting technique is an effective engineermg measure to treat pipe pile floating.
