[摘要] 某辦公樓受附近基坑開挖引起的地表沉降的影響，承重結(jié)構(gòu)出現(xiàn)了明顯的破損現(xiàn)象。同時(shí)，房屋結(jié)構(gòu)經(jīng)過長(zhǎng)時(shí)間使用后，建筑材料，構(gòu)件和結(jié)構(gòu)會(huì)存在不同程度的損傷和性能退化。為了解該房屋結(jié)構(gòu)當(dāng)前的技術(shù)狀況，需對(duì)其進(jìn)行安全性檢測(cè)鑒定工作。詳細(xì)地闡述了對(duì)某辦公樓的安全性檢測(cè)鑒定工作，提出了相應(yīng)的處理建議。

    Safety appraisal of a frame office buliding

Abstract: One office building emerged some obvious breakages in bearing structures for the effects of the surface subsidence caused by the nearby excavation. In addition, the building materials, frame members and some partial structural in this building, after a long-term service, represented different damage and performance degradation. In order to grasp the current condition of this building, some safety inspection need to be done. The safety inspection work and proposes were proposed and counter measures were suggested.
