[摘要] 某辦公樓中的鋼桁架結(jié)構(gòu)，在施工過程中產(chǎn)生了超出預(yù)期的撓度，通過對(duì)施工過程進(jìn)行現(xiàn)場(chǎng)調(diào)查，對(duì)焊縫質(zhì)量進(jìn)行檢測(cè)，對(duì)結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行加載試驗(yàn)，并考慮平面結(jié)構(gòu)的空問協(xié)同工作進(jìn)行分析計(jì)算，結(jié)果表明撓度是在鋼桁架桿件安裝施工過程中產(chǎn)生的，對(duì)結(jié)構(gòu)的安全未產(chǎn)生大的影響，結(jié)構(gòu)主要的安全隱患在于其自身的連接缺陷。在此基礎(chǔ)上，提出了加固處理方案，加強(qiáng)節(jié)點(diǎn)連接，彌補(bǔ)焊縫缺陷，提高桁架的平面外穩(wěn)定性。該方案便于實(shí)施，費(fèi)用低，快速圓滿地解決了工程問題。

Appraisal and strengthening of a deflection exceeding steel truss

Abstract: The deflection of a steel truss in the constructing process exceeded largely the expected value. Authors investigated the constructing process, detected the weld and conducted a loading test with the construction. The space effect was thought to analyze the construction. The deflection was created just during the early constructing process and did not affect the security ofthe construction severely. The main factor affecting the construction security is the weakness of the connections. Thus,a strengthening way was proposed, which required enhancing the joints connection, eliminating the weld defects and improving the external stability of the truss. The strengthening ways were carried out, showing the scheme was simple and economical.
