[摘要] 地震作用是對(duì)建筑物實(shí)際抗震能力最直接的檢驗(yàn)。目前，在對(duì)建筑物的震損評(píng)價(jià)中，關(guān)注的重點(diǎn)是地震所造成的經(jīng)濟(jì)損失評(píng)價(jià)；對(duì)既有建筑物的抗震鑒定則并未直接涉及遭遇地震作用后的建筑物。圍繞遭遇地震作用后的混凝土結(jié)構(gòu)，探討建筑物的震損程度與其實(shí)際抗震能力的關(guān)系。根據(jù)汶川地震后所開展的建筑物地震損傷調(diào)查結(jié)果，參考日本、臺(tái)灣地區(qū)混凝土結(jié)構(gòu)震損評(píng)價(jià)準(zhǔn)則，相關(guān)構(gòu)件試驗(yàn)研究成果，以及現(xiàn)行國(guó)家相關(guān)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)，在建立構(gòu)件的地震損傷評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)的基礎(chǔ)上，建立樓層的地震損傷程度評(píng)價(jià)準(zhǔn)則，從而對(duì)混凝土結(jié)構(gòu)的地震損傷程度作出判定。通過(guò)對(duì)實(shí)際結(jié)構(gòu)的地震損傷程度進(jìn)行評(píng)價(jià)，其結(jié)果表明采用文中所提出的方法具有合理性，可供參考。

    Discussion ofjudgment method on seismic damage degree of concrete structure

Abstract: The action of earthquake may directly test the actual seismic capacity of the building .At present, in the building's earthquake damage evaluation, the key point is the econonuc loss appraisal caused by the earthquake; but the earthquake-resistant identification to existing buildings is not directly involved the buildings which experienced earthquake. Based on those concrete structures which experienced earthquake, this article discussed the relationship between the damage degree of buildings and its actual seismic capacity. According to the Wenchuan Earthquake seismic damage of buildings carried out by the findings with reference to Japan, Taiwan earthquake damaged concrete structure evaluation criteria, relevant research component testing, as well as the existing national standards, in establishing a component of the seismic damage evaluation index based on the establishment of floor level of seismic damage evaluation criteria, this article established the rule for concrete structures to determine the degree of earthquake damage. Through the actual structure to assess the extent of seismic damage, the results showed that the method proposed in this paper are reasonable for reference.
