(南通新華建筑集團(tuán)有限公司,北京100022)[摘要] 建筑物遭受火災(zāi)后,其鋼筋混凝土構(gòu)件失去部分或全部承載能力,必須進(jìn)行修復(fù)加固。通過分析火災(zāi)對鋼筋混凝土結(jié)構(gòu)損害的機(jī)理和破壞作用,介紹鋼筋混凝土結(jié)構(gòu)火災(zāi)后的受損檢測,闡述火災(zāi)后鋼筋混凝土結(jié)構(gòu)修復(fù)加固的原則和方法及火災(zāi)后鋼筋混凝土構(gòu)件的評估與技術(shù)檔案的建立,以保證其結(jié)構(gòu)的安全性。
