[摘要] 在對(duì)湖南省部分縣市中小學(xué)校舍抗震鑒定的工程實(shí)例總結(jié)的基礎(chǔ)上，提出了一套對(duì)既有中小學(xué)房屋建筑抗震鑒定的框架模型，并給出了常見校舍病害的加固建議；該框架模式具有適用性廣、概況性全、實(shí)用性強(qiáng)等優(yōu)點(diǎn)，為全國(guó)中小學(xué)校舍工程進(jìn)行抗震鑒定與加固補(bǔ)強(qiáng)提供了有益參考。

Abstract: This paper stands on the foundation of the engineering examples summaries of the middle and primary school buildings' earthquake proof in some parts of counties and cities in Hunan province, puts forwards an earthquake proof testing framework model towards the existing middle and primary school buildings, and gives reinforced suggestions against familiar school buildings' diseases or defects. This framework model has the advantage of wide application, generally summary and better practicability. It provides salutary references for national middle and primary school buildings to the earthquake proof test and reinforce.
