[摘要] 就某學(xué)校教學(xué)樓的抗震檢測鑒定實例，通過采用可靠性鑒定和抗震性鑒定相結(jié)合的工作思路進(jìn)行檢測與鑒定，既反映當(dāng)前學(xué)校房屋的結(jié)構(gòu)現(xiàn)狀，又確定了結(jié)構(gòu)的抗震性能，為學(xué)校房屋的安全使用提供科學(xué)依據(jù)。

Abstract: Based on a school classroom building's earthquake resistance examination appraisal example, through uses the work mentality which the reliability assessment and the anti-knocking appraisal unify to carry on the examination and the appraisal, namely reflection current school house structure present situation, also had determined the structure earthquake resistance performance, provides the scientific basis for the school house's safety handling.
