[摘要] 根據(jù)最新規(guī)范，教學(xué)用房應(yīng)提高一度進(jìn)行抗震設(shè)防。依據(jù)最新規(guī)范對(duì)上海市某小學(xué)教學(xué)樓進(jìn)行全面結(jié)構(gòu)檢測(cè)和抗震鑒定，并針對(duì)鑒定結(jié)果中不符合規(guī)范要求的部分，提出補(bǔ)強(qiáng)加固建議。

Abstract: According to the lastest code,a grade must be raised for a seismic design ofteaching buildings, so anti-seismic appraisal and dynamical test of the structure must be conducted, and the paper has proposed some suggestions on reinforcing and strengthening.
