(1 山東省建筑科學(xué)研究院，濟南250031; 2 同濟大學(xué)，上海200092)[摘要] 混凝土保護(hù)層厚度在工程設(shè)計和施工中非常重要，如果混凝土保護(hù)層達(dá)不到設(shè)計規(guī)范要求，易造成建筑物構(gòu)件表面裂縫、鋼筋過早銹蝕等缺陷，甚至降低建筑物結(jié)構(gòu)強度、耐久性等?，F(xiàn)澆板支座負(fù)彎矩鋼筋混凝土保護(hù)層厚度合格點率偏低是建筑工程質(zhì)量通病之一。本文對某支座負(fù)筋保護(hù)層厚度過大的樓板進(jìn)行了現(xiàn)場荷載試驗，對變形、裂縫寬度進(jìn)行了測量，并與規(guī)范允許值進(jìn)行對比分析，驗證該樓板能否滿足正常使用性能。

If the cover of concrete isn't meet design requirements, it is easy to cause cracks in the surface of the building components, steel premature corrosion and other defects, and even reduce the structural strength and durability. Low compliance point rate of cover of the negative moment reinforcement is one of the construction quality problems. Static test was done on an excessive cover thickness plate to verify that the plate can meet normal performance or not, through measuring the deformation and crack width and comparing it with allowable values of code.
