內(nèi)嵌法加固混凝土梁抗彎試驗研究*

[摘要] 為研究內(nèi)嵌法加固梁的抗彎性能,通過內(nèi)嵌碳纖維增強塑料(CFRP)筋、螺旋肋鋼絲和預(yù)應(yīng)力CFRP筋于加固梁中,共進(jìn)行了1根未加固梁,9根內(nèi)嵌不同筋材加固梁的抗彎試驗,研究了加固梁的剛度、特征荷載、延性情況。研究表明,加固梁的剛度顯著提高;加固梁的承載能力得到明顯提高,極限荷載最大提高了149.19%。通過對CFRP筋施加30%極限抗拉強度荷載預(yù)應(yīng)力內(nèi)嵌于加固中,開裂荷載有明顯提高,最大提高15 5.14%,說明內(nèi)嵌預(yù)應(yīng)力CFRP筋加固法,可以有效的延緩加固梁裂縫的產(chǎn)生。

Research on flexing resistance of reinfoeced concrete beams strengthened with near surface mounted method

Abstract: In order to research the flexural behavior of strengthened beams, nine RC beams strengthened with near surface mounted prestressed CFRP tendons, Helix rib Steel Wire and CFRP tendons, and one unstrengthened RC beam were studied by experiments. In these tests, stiffness, characteristic load, and ductility of test specimens were carried out. Experimental results show that the stiffness and ultimate load of strengthened beams rise notably; the maximal ultimate load is increased by 149.19%; the maximal crack load of the beams strengthened with near surface mounted prestressed CFRP tendons applied 30% ultimate stress of CFRP tendons is increased by 155.14%; cracks of strengthened beams can be effectively delayed by near surface mounted prestressed CFRP tendons.
