(1 山東工商學(xué)院，煙臺264005; 2 煙臺工程職業(yè)技術(shù)學(xué)院，煙臺264000)[摘要] 318國道三里橋的左幅行車道由8塊矩形截面板梁組成。經(jīng)靜載試驗結(jié)果分析發(fā)現(xiàn)，該橋目前狀態(tài)己不能滿足現(xiàn)行規(guī)范要求。根據(jù)靜載試驗及該橋現(xiàn)狀對該橋采用CFRP片材進行加固。加固后的靜載試驗結(jié)果表明：板梁加固后橋梁的承載力及剛度有較大提高，加固后的板梁滿足規(guī)范要求，在汽-20荷載等級下的安全儲備能滿足近期交通發(fā)展的總體規(guī)劃要求。粘貼纖維片材加固比采用預(yù)應(yīng)力鋼筋混凝土空心板梁替換原板梁節(jié)約成本54%。

To evaluate its healthy state, an in-site static test was carried out on the left lane. The test results show that these girders cannot satisfy the provisions of the national code. Based on the test results, externally bonded CFRP laminates on the soffit were used to strengthen these girders. The test results of the strengthened girders show that the stiffness of the plate girder improved significantly. As a result, its safety stock under the applied load level of Qi-20 can meet the transportation requirements of the development plans in the near future and the strengthened girders satisfy the requirement of the code. The cost of using CFRP strengthening is 54% saved than that ofusing prestressed reinforced concrete beams.
