(1天津大學(xué)建筑工程學(xué)院,天津300072; 2 天津市土木工程結(jié)構(gòu)及新材料重點(diǎn)實(shí)驗(yàn)室,天津300072; 3 中國建筑科學(xué)研究院建筑結(jié)構(gòu)研究所,北京100013)[摘要] 對(duì)既有歷史風(fēng)貌教學(xué)建筑進(jìn)行綜合改造再利用,不僅是對(duì)本身結(jié)構(gòu)安全性方面的解危,也能達(dá)到功能提升、文化傳承、延續(xù)歷史、節(jié)約資源、和諧共生和持續(xù)發(fā)展的目的。以天津大學(xué)第8教學(xué)樓的綜合改造的工程實(shí)踐為例,發(fā)揚(yáng)既有教學(xué)建筑綜合改造的歷史文化傳承與創(chuàng)新理念,并為類似教學(xué)建筑的綜合改造提供示范和推進(jìn)思路。

The paper takes an example of engineering practice of the comprehensive retrofitting of the 8th classroom building in Tianjin University, intending to carry forward the adoption of historical culture and ideal innovation of the comprehensive retrofitting of existing classroom building. It also can provide a demonstration and enlarge mentality for similar retrofitting project.
