(山東德建集團有限公司，德州253036)[摘要] 近年來許多既有多層砌體建筑需要改變使用功能，有些建筑物原有開問布置不能滿足現(xiàn)在使用要求，開問需要加大，這就面臨著房屋改造的結(jié)構(gòu)安全問題，采取怎樣的程序才能在國家法律允許的條件下，既保證結(jié)構(gòu)安全又能達到滿足使用功能。通過加固改造工程的經(jīng)驗，闡述了多層砌體房屋承重墻拆除改造的法定程序與一種特殊的施工工藝。

Thus the enlargement requirements of the bay width shall challenge the structural safety problem of the building remoulding. What construction sequence should be adopted under the nationallaw that can on one hand ensure the structural safety and on the other hand meet the using functions will be key problem. With various past reinforcement remoulding engmeering experiences, this article illustrated the official construction procedure and a special construction technology for demolishing and remoulding of the load bearing wall of multi floor masonry structure buildings.
