[摘要] 結(jié)合工程實(shí)例探討磚混結(jié)構(gòu)二次加固改造過(guò)程中所涉及的關(guān)鍵技術(shù)，研討相關(guān)的設(shè)計(jì)思路和方法，包括托換梁的設(shè)計(jì)與構(gòu)造，豎向承重結(jié)構(gòu)的加固設(shè)計(jì)以及樓梯拆換技術(shù)?？偨Y(jié)了進(jìn)行磚混結(jié)構(gòu)托換施工時(shí)應(yīng)注意的若干技術(shù)問(wèn)題，可供今后同類(lèi)工程在進(jìn)行結(jié)構(gòu)加固改造設(shè)計(jì)與施工時(shí)參考。

    Strengthening design and construction technology of a secondary retrofit masonry building

Abstract: Based on engineering cases, secondary retrofit technology involved in the reinforcing reconstruction of masonry composite structure was discussed. Related design ideas and methods were reached, including the design and construction of retrofit beams, strengthening of the vertical load-bearing structure and the technology of stair replacement. Moreover, some technical issues that should be paid attention to in the construction were proposed which may serve as reference in the design and construction in similar projects.
