(上??睖y設(shè)計(jì)研究院,上海200434)[摘要] 論了在既有建筑底層增建地下室的不同構(gòu)造方法,介紹了新老結(jié)構(gòu)連接處理的關(guān)鍵措施和連接節(jié)點(diǎn);考慮既有建筑基礎(chǔ)與增建地下室底板共同受力,按變形協(xié)調(diào)分析地基反力分布,說明結(jié)合增建地下室構(gòu)造滿堂基礎(chǔ)可使基礎(chǔ)整體承載能力顯著提高,并闡釋了施工中對既有建筑卸載的必要性?;谝陨涎芯拷o出了若干加固改造建議。

( Shanghai Investigation, Design & Research Institute, Shanghai 200434, China)Abstract: A combining method of new and former structures and their joints are illustrated through discussing ways to build basement in an existing building. In consideration of the existing base being loaded together with the new base slab, the distribution of subgrade reaction was analyzed under the rule of deformation coordinated, to explain that the integrate of basement construction and foundation rebuilt would increase bearing capacity of the bases as a whole. It also proves the necessity to unload existing building at the beginning of construction. Finally some proposals for strengthening and reconstruction works are provided.
